The "Media" special folder

Media elements in ThunderSite are found in the Media area of the website structure. It contains four default sub-directories: Images, Sounds, Videos and Flash movies.

You can create as many sub-directories as you need to organize your files.

For each inserted file, you may attribute an internal-use comment (so it can be identified easily).  This comment will appear in a tooltip when you move the mouse over the file.

IMPORTANT:

When you insert a media element into a page, you can chose from two sources: the hard disk (or network disk) or the media collection already imported to the website. If your source is the hard disk, the media will first be imported into the website (integrating it into the media collection), then inserted into the page.
